The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) through its Committee on Overseas Absentee Voting has released on Tuesday, November 6, a List of Applicants for Registration/Certification as Overseas Absentee Voter for Consideration by the RERB starting 06 December 2012.
The list shows a total of 25,732 qualified applicants. The registration started on November 02, 2011 and ended on October 31, 2012.
